🌮 Restaurant Spotlight 🌮

El Tio is a new Mexican-style tacos restaurant in north Provo off University Avenue. Super authentic and tasty tacos, burritos, and more. They serve breakfast starting at 10 and are open past dinner. The menu has a lot to choose from, I recommend getting a variety of their tacos and some churros for dessert. Tell them we sent you! Check out their website here.

Local News

Governor Cox signed an executive order yesterday to streamline Utah's infrastructure permitting. It will focus on increasing the number of starter homes by over 35,000. Additionally, one of the goals is to double the state’s energy production with innovative technologies.

Critics worry about reduced public input; supporters highlight economic benefits and regulatory efficiency. Only time will tell.

Tyler Herro scored 23 points and Jaime Jaquez had 20, including five in the final minute, to lead the Miami Heat to a 97-92 victory over the Jazz last night.

Collin Sexton and Lauri Markkanen each scored 23 for Utah, which has lost nine in a row at home.
