First, some good news…

Utah is #4 in the nation in a recent education ranking study! Way to go us.

Sad news: The Sundance Film Festival is gone, but Governor Cox and Ryan Smith want to bring it back…

It is estimated that the state will lose over $100M/year without Sundance here anymore. The end of an era.

🍦 Restaurant Spotlight 🤤

I recently went to Crispy Cones for dessert (they have 3 locations in Utah). I hadn’t heard of them before (even though they appeared on Shark Tank). Honestly, I was blown away. I mean, take a look at the pictures below. Nuff said. I had some sort of Biscoff explosion thing that was incredible. Highly recommend! Check out their website here.

Local Sports News

The Jazz continue to lose as the season nears its end. Hoping for a great draft pick here (Cooper Flagg anyone?). They face the Rockets tomorrow night.

The Utah Hockey Club beat the Blackhawks 5-2 the other night to end their losing streak. They face the Flames tonight as the playoff race heats up.

Soccer is back! RSL hasn’t started out too hot going 2-0-4 so far. They face the Galaxy Saturday afternoon.
