🍳 Restaurant Spotlight 🤤

Sunday’s Best is one of my favorite breakfast/brunch spots in the state. They have a fun/unique menu with a variety of both sweet and savory dishes. They’ve got options for kids too, as well as a large drinks menu.

Between the food and the vibes - it’s tough to find many places cooler than this in Utah.

I love their breakfast toasts, the eggs benedict, and for lunch the seared ahi tuna bowl or the cheeseburger. You can’t go wrong! Check out their website here.

⛰️ Local News 📰

Miller Sports and Entertainment has purchased RSL and the Royals from Smith Entertainment Group for $600 Million. A statement from Ryan Smith on the acquisition:

"We are glad that soccer is staying in Utah, and Gail Miller is an ideal local steward to lead Utah's professional soccer franchises moving forward," Smith said. "With so much growth on the horizon for Smith Entertainment Group ... now is the right time to tighten our focus on the NBA, NHL and other areas where we can make the biggest impact on our state, our community, and the world of sports."
