Jordan Teuscher of the Utah House introduced a bill that will allow the state to invest a portion of its treasury into digital assets. This can both help offset tax increases as well as solidify our state as a tech hub. Very exciting!

Yummy’s Korean BBQ in midtown Orem is a delight, especially if you love Korean culture. Run by the nicest Korean family, they offer a variety of authentic dishes and delicious desserts. They have Korean Drama Night every Thursday at 6:30 and offer happy hour too. My favorite dessert is called a Korean Snowflake Milk Bingsoo and it’s define. I cannot describe how soft it is.
